Set up your business
Add your business name, hours, greeting, and languages. Guided setup saves your progress.
Invite teammates when you need them. Owners control who can edit settings and manage access.
Connect the calls
Get your Callstrix number and follow the forwarding instructions for your existing business line.
Forwarding options depend on your phone provider. Make a test call before relying on the setup.
Greet the caller
Callers hear your greeting and a notice about the automated assistant and transcription. They can then leave a message.
With bilingual handling enabled, callers can choose English or French before the message instructions.
Pick up the follow-up
Open the transcript and summary. Set a priority, assign the call, and add notes for your team.
Check names, numbers, and important details against the transcript. Mark the conversation done after following up.
A message with a next step
I’d like an estimate for a bathroom tap replacement. Please call after four.
Assign the callback to someone on your team.
Callstrix doesn’t book appointments on its own. Your team confirms bookings, estimates and availability.
A few practical questions
Do I have to replace my current phone number?
No. You can keep your business number and forward calls to the Callstrix number assigned to your workspace.
Does Callstrix keep an audio recording?
Callstrix keeps the transcript, not an audio recording. The greeting tells callers their message is transcribed. The Privacy Policy explains how our partners process it and how long it’s kept.
Can my employees use it too?
Yes. Invite them to your workspace and choose their access. Team members can work with the calls their permissions allow them to see.
